Mystery Shopping Providers Association
The Mystery Shopping Providers Association, or MSPA, is a collection of organizations and businesses whose purpose is to grow the mystery shopping industry while improving its performance and reputation.The MSPA has three primary goals. These include establishing professional industry standards, education for clients and mystery shoppers to improve service, and employ public relations to improve the industry image.
To become a member of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association a company must have 2 years history as a mystery shopping provider and have proof of business existence. In addition to these requirements, MSPA members must agree to respect all other members, commit to the purposes of the MSPA, conduct themselves according to regulations agreed upon by the MSPA's members, and recognize the importance of upholding the highest standards of business ethics. Shoppers' Critique is proud to be a Charter Member of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association.
