Guests have a high expectation that they're going to have a fun and enjoyable experience. This starts from the moment they contact the park about tickets or information until they step foot on the grounds. A poor first impression can ruin their experience or cause them to change their minds. Once on site they expect a clean, safe environment, with pleasant and helpful employees. The rides and attractions need to work properly and the environment needs to be well maintained. Restroom facilities need to be clean and well stocked. Food service needs to be quick, fresh, and tasty. Attraction mystery shops evaluate every element of the customer experience - including some that regular customers may not consciously evaluate. |
